A`oodhu billahi min ash-Shaytaani ‘r-rajeem. Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmaani ‘r-Raheem. (Mawlana Shaykh stands)
Allah Allah, Allah Allah, Allah Allah, `Azeez Allah
Allah Allah, Allah Allah, Allah Allah, Kareem
Allah Allah Allah, Allah Allah, Allah Allah, Subhaan Allah,
Allah Allah, Allah Allah, Allah Allah, Sultaan Allah
Sayyidina Muhammadun Rasoolullah Habeebullah nooru `Arshillah. Allahuma zidhu sharafan, nooran wa suroora wa ridwaanan wa sultaana. (Mawlana Shaykh sits) Thumma ‘s-salaatu wa ‘s-salaam `ala jamee`i ‘l-anbiyaa wa ‘l-awliya wa man tabi`ahum bi-ihsaanin ila yawmi ‘l-qiyamah. Allahuma alhimnaa rushdana. Yaa Rabbana, yaa Rabb ighfir w ‘arham wa anta khayru ‘r-Raahimeen, narju rahmatak wa nakhsha` `adhaabak inna adhaabaka bi ‘l-kufaari mulhaq. Allah, Allah. Subhaan Sen, Sultaan Sen.
Thumma salaamu `alayk yaa Saahib az-Zamaan. Thumma salaamu `alayk yaa Qutb az-Zamaan. Thumma ‘s-salaamu `alayk yaa Qutb al-Mutasarrif, that everything is under his control. Nothing can be away from his control; he is controlling everything and leaving them to do what they are doing.
Everyone in existence is glorifying their Lord, Almighty Allah! Even if a kafir is speaking something wrong, still his tongue is glorifying Allah Almighty, the Creator. Huuu. We must try to understand something. That is an endless honour for Mankind, to try to learn more and more, because our knowledge is making our glorifying on a higher, higher, endlessly higher level.
O our Attenders! We are saying now, as-salaamu `alaykum! Don’t be min junoodi Iblees, from the soldiers of Shaytan. And we are saying, a`oodhu billahi min ash-Shaytani ‘r-rajeem and Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmani ‘r-Raheem, tazeeman for glorifying our Creator, Allah Almighty! For millions, billions or trillions of years, angels are standing up and glorifying their Lord. It is so difficult for lazy people to stand up for one minute when we are saying bismillahi ‘r-Rahmaani ‘r-Raheem. Give your most high praises to your Lord, to your Creator.
O our Attenders! We are saying it is easier to make you understand than those people who are claiming they are `ulamas or Salafi `ulamas! When they are saying they are Salafi `ulamas that means there should be khalafi `ulamas (latter times scholars) as well. Understanding? There must be two kind of `ulamas, khalafi and salafi. Which of them is going to be in power salif or khalif? Khalifah or salifah? “Salafi” means passed away. They must be some other `ulama because holy grants of Allah Almighty have no limits.
O Salafi `ulamas! What are you understanding?
يُؤتِي الْحِكْمَةَ مَن يَشَاء وَمَن يُؤْتَ الْحِكْمَةَ فَقَدْ أُوتِيَ خَيْرًا كَثِيرًا
Yooti ‘l-hikmata man yashaa wa man yoota’l-hikmata faqad ootiya khayran katheera.
He grants wisdom to whom He pleases; and he to whom wisdom is granted receives indeed a benefit overflowing (al-Baqara, 2:269)
Al-khalq khalqullah wa ‘l-`abd `abdullah wa ‘l-karam karamullah. Yooti ‘l-hikmata man yashaa! (the creation is Allah’s creation and the servant is Allah’s servant and the generosity is Allah’s Generosity. He grants wisdom to whom He pleases.) Do you think there is a limit for giving wisdom or that Divine Wisdom is granted only to salaf? What about khalaf (later generations)? We are going to be empty? Is our generation living now on Earth prohibited to receive wisdom, and heavenly wisdom is only with Salafi `ulamas? Why you are not looking in our days, in our time, at those who reached that wisdom from Allah Almighty? Allah Almighty is speaking kaalamun qadeem, azaaliyyun, abadiyyun, sarmadiyyun (ancient words, pre-eternal, eternal and endless). His words from pre-Eternal up to Eternal!
Therefore, now there must be also like it was before, some chosen or special ones who understand those wisdoms; some just passed away and now there must be other granted heavenly wisdom, or do you think that heavenly wisdom of Allah Almighty is finished? Has what is written in books become nothing now? Knowing or writing or speaking, that is your wrong understanding! You are making inhisaar, doing some things only for one group of people and beyond them nothing. Why are you saying, “We are Salafi `ulamas.” Beyond Salafi `ulamas are there no `ulamas? Beyond Salafi `ulamas is no one granted heavenly wisdom? What are you saying? And the holy verse is clear, Yuuti ‘l-hikamata li mai yasha. Allah Almighty can grant to any of His servants! Wisdom is not under the control of a handful people granted wisdom and not anyone else. What is that foolishness?! Their understanding is in limits, and their limits are so small; make it wider. Up to the Day of Resurrection, Yawm al-Qiyaamah, whoever is coming from the Children of Adam, Allah Almighty has not forbidden them to be granted wisdom!
You may say, “From where is that person speaking?” Allah knows. Allah (swt) is asking to show everyone those who are proud with their knowledge, to know that Allah Almighty can bring such a simple person to address you with simple words, a short speech giving jewels to you. So don’t ask, “Who is that one?” That one is a weak servant, but grants from Allah Almighty have no limits. As He likes, Yooti ‘l-hikamata man yashaa. He grants wisdom, jewels that no one knows their value, only Who is granting to His servants knows! The value of wisdom in a person may be too many jewels, and first they see it is like an ordinary stone. But then experts say this, say this and take it, polish it, and that ruby, or white diamond, or a green emerald appears! Therefore, don’t look at that one’s appearance, or whose speech is in Arabic as the lowest, no. When you polish, you will see jewels!
That is a warning for everyone. Don’t say, “This is a stone,” oollu ‘l-`ilm, expert ones are saying, “Bring it to us; we shall polish it now and make it a ruby that kings and sultans will run after it!”
Give value for everyone’s speech; those who are addressing people may be granted a grant from Heavens; you don’t know for sure. Don’t ask, “Who is that one to speak daily?” I am not claiming that I am this one or that one. They are bringing to me some stones and I am saying, “O People! These are some jewels. Who is accepting, take it and polish it and you can find a jewel. It is free.” We are not sitting here with our own will. It is His Will making a weak servant to call people! It is a competition! Anyone can come! SubhaanAllah! Yooti ‘l-hikamata man yashaa, as He likes He gives!
O People come and take five minutes or ten minutes or 30 minutes and hear and then polish it, think on it. To think on such declarations it is like a polishing you should find under it a jewel, ruby, emerald, diamond so many kinds of jewels. Our jewels may be of 10 kinds but through heavenly treasures there are countless jewels and each jewel has another quality making people happy, this, this, this. Don’t say, “Who is that one?” I am nothing but as they are saying to me they may polish this world Which one is wrong take it away but must come a jewel that your eyes are going to be very happy.
O People! Knowledge Oceans of our Lord Almighty Allah are endless! Try to bring some jewels for the Day of Resurrection when the Lord of Heavens will ask you shu jibt, “What did you bring? Show Me, show Me.” If you are bringing a stone that you are walking on it, they will throw it on your head and it will be said to you “O Children of Adam, why are you bringing that black stone? Why were you not asking about jewels, and you are bringing to Me an ordinary stones? Why are you not bringing to Me jewels?”
O our Attenders! Try to bring to your Lord’s Divine Presence jewels, not to bring stones, and not to bring animals’ fertilizer! Angels will say, “You are not shamed to bring into the Divine Presence these dirty things? Where are your jewels?”
وَلِكُلٍّ وِجْهَةٌ هُوَ مُوَلِّيهَا فَاسْتَبِقُواْ الْخَيْرَاتِ
Wa li kulli wijhatun huwa muwalleehaa fa ‘stabiqoo ‘l-khayraat.
For everyone there is a direction to their goal; then strive together (as in a race) towards all that is good. (al-Baqarah, 2:148)
Ayatul-kareemah or not?
O People! O Muslim World! You are not keeping that order, fa ‘stabiqoo ‘l-khayraat. Where are your charities? On the Day of Resurrection, Allah Almighty will ask you, “O mulook, O umaras, O imaams, O sultaans! Where are your charities?” Therefore, our time is the time of tyrants. They are only saving billions, but not doing anything. Before tyrants, everyone was trying to give charity for ummat al-Habeeb, building mosques, building schools, building `amaraat, fuqaraa (the poor) eating and keeping themselves, making bridges, making roads, and bringing water. I heard yesterday, in a village in Turkey five people were killed for drinking contaminated water, and I am ashamed! I will try to find a way to bring drinking water to that place.
O Kings! Where are your charities? And you may find now millions of people with floods coming on them, and they are waiting for some help! Why are you saving trillions? On the Day of Resurrection at least you are going to be ashamed, saying, “If this Earth could open and swallow me!” Amaan yaa Rabbee, O our Lord! fa ‘stabiqoo ‘l-khayraat. That is a never-ending command. Try to be much more a charity maker for the ummah. In the time before in Mecca and Madinah when Hujaaj pilgrims were coming and the people of Meccatu ‘l-Mukarrama were welcoming and giving them food and giving their charity to them, not taking money from them. Now you can’t go there if you are not carrying thousands or millions of Euros or sterling or dollars. Why are you changing? That is maqaam muqaddas, sacred place. Why are you catching pilgrims and saying “Give money, give money.” For what? if you are not bringing the days that Allah was happy with them our ancestors, you are not saving yourselves cursing coming on you! O People try to understand what Allah Almighty saying
(Mawlana Shaykh stands) Wa likullin wijhatun huwa muwalliha fa ‘stabiqoo ‘l-khayraat! Try to do much more charity! (Mawlana Shaykh sits)
O Muslim World! Where are you (what is your position)?! A person is saving much money in Libya, also. Why is he not giving, why is he not making charities? Why is he saving trillions, for what? Yes, Allah will ask! And they are Arabs and they understand, fa ‘stabiqoo ‘l-khayraat, “Compete in goodness.”And Egypt must say, “I am the first for making charities,” Hijaz may say, “I am asbak, I do more charity. Oman, Dubai, Qatar, Kuwait, money, money, money, for what is that money? Egyptian, Libyan, why are they not giving? They are Arabs, and they understand what Allah Almighty is saying, fa ‘stabiqoo ‘l-khayraat! Then Allah Almighty will ask them. May Allah forgive us.
O Salafi `ulamas! Give your nasiha, advice, to your mulook, to your “Number Ones” to understand or it will be the last year for them if they are not making charities, for their lives will be cut down! This is a heavenly warning!
May Allah forgive us, for the honor of the Seal of Prophets, Sayyidina Muhammad (s)! (Mawlana Shaykh stands) Zidhu yaa Rabbee, `izzan wa sharafa nooran wa suroorah, yaa Rabb! (Mawlana Shaykh sits)
Fatihah.
(35 minutes) O our Lord, forgive us! Shukr, yaa Rabb.
(Mawlana Shaykh makes du`a)
Fatihah.
Ameen, yaa Rabbee, Allah.
