The images are also being used to develop exciting national community outreach projects.

The CO 1069 and INF 10 series form a diverse collection of images with a rich variety of content. In many instances little about the contents of the photographs or the people depicted in them are known. This is one of the reasons why these are published online and people are being to comment and share their knowledge.
Please note the pictures and the captions attached to them are representative of the time they were taken. They frequently use terms that would not be used today.
